MICHAEL A. CLARK, P.E. NAMED ACTING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

ALBANY and WATERTOWN, NY – The Hudson River – Black River Regulating District named Michael A. Clark, P.E., Hudson River Area Administrator, as the Regulating District’s Acting Executive Director.  Pending the Board’s appointment of a permanent replacement, Mr. Clark will continue to perform his duties and responsibilities as the Regulating District’s Hudson River Area Administrator.  Mr. Clark is a Professional Engineer licensed in New York State.  The Board set Mr. Clark’s salary at $84,213.
