News Release January 22, 2007 CHANGING RESERVOIR ELEVATIONS WILL AFFECT ICE FORMATION The Hudson River - Black River Regulating District reminds all recreational users of the Great Sacandaga Lake, Indian Lake, Stillwater, and Fulton Chain of Lakes reservoirs to use caution on or about the reservoir as the water elevation is lowered and ice cover shifts.
