Saving Provision

606.109 Saving provision. Any rules or regulations set forth in this Part shall be deemed to be in addition to rules and regulations prescribed for the use of lands of the State of New York, and in the event any rule or regulation herein set forth is contrary to the existing law, then such rule or regulation shall be deemed to be null and void, but the voiding of any rule or regulation herein contained shall not affect the remaining rules and regulations.
